About Our Meat
Fresh Lamb and Fresh BEEF
Our Lamb meat is 100% Chilled Fresh Meat imported from Australia.
We supply only HALAL certified meat and we don't keep non-Halal products.
If it’s not fresh, we won’t sell it.
For meat to stay fresh and retain its natural juices, it needs to be stored at a temperature between 0° and 5°. We maintain this temperature from the time we procure till we deliver. And even when it’s out for delivery, we keep it chilled right up to your doorstep.
We will charge only for what you buy.
- We do all the cleaning before weighing the meat.
Poultry (Chicken)
Chicken is locally purchased from the reliable sources and distributed to our consumers.
There's an unstable supply of chicken in Singapore, due to of the ongoing restrictions set by the Malaysian government, as well as the rising demand in Singapore market, we are having some challenges with the poultry supply. Hence the chicken sizes fluctuate and it is not consistent, hence the price is bit high compared to earlier days
We receive chicken from our suppliers from 1.2kg to 1.5 kg of weight approximately. Sometimes the weight goes up to 1.8 Kg.
We supply only HALAL Certified Chickens and we do NOT Sell No-Halal Chickens.
Delivery Schedule & Charges
Delivery Schedule
For the orders received before 8.30 am, mostly will be delivered on the same day approrixmately between 3.30am - 9.00pm, or will be delivered on the next day between 3.30pm - 9pm approximately. If possible we will deliver before 3.30pm.
As the items are perishable, customers are expected to be available at the delivery premises to collect the items during delivery time.
If no response to the door bell, we will drop the items on the door step of the delivery address and will message to the contact number provided by the customer. It is customer's responsibility to collect the item on time. Halal'n Thayyib will not take any responsibility, if the item is spoiled due to the late response / collection by the customers.
If there is a delay, due to any unforeseen reasons, like Vehicle breakdown or traffic, or other unspecified reasons, we will update customers on the revised schedule.
No delivery on Mondays usally. On special requests, we will deliver with additional charges, will be adviced during the order depending on the location and order value.

Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery
Minimum Order value is SGD 40 , with delivery charges. Delivery charge SGD 8 - SGD 12 is applicable.
For the orders SGD 60 and above, delivery will be free. Free delivery is not applicable for Tuas, Jurong Island and Loyang.
Express Delivery
Kindly contact us at 91094199 via WhatsApp for express delivery. Subject to slot availability and additional charges are applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
HALAL'n THAYYIB is committed to serve you the best quality produce from around the world.
However should you be unsatisfied with our products, we have a replacement and refund policy in place.
If you find that our product did not meet your expectations please reach out to us on the same day through WhatsApp or telephone us at +65 9109 4199 within 1 hour of the delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns after 1 hour.
Do let us know your order number, name, and the issue with your order along with pictures and a short description of the quality issue encountered.
Upon receipt of your request we will response within 3 working days after our Quality Assurance team has assessed and evaluated the issue.
There will not be any additional delivery fee for any exchanges or returns for the genuine cases.
